Racial Keywords

These keywords are primarily used when a fighter gains Renown and makes a characteristic increase, but are sometimes used for special rules such as hatred.

• Undead

Fighter Keywords

• Leader
  • Friendly fighters within 6" can use the Leader's Bravery characteristic when taking Bravery tests.
  • If killed, a new leader must be selected
• Hero
  • Can use equipment marked with Hero
  • Can make a Heroic Reaction once per battle
  • Can improve a characteristic or select a heroic talent when earning renown
  • Can be sent to find items at the Trading Post in the aftermath sequence
  • Must roll on the Lasting Injury Table when taken out of action
• Wizard
  • Can use magical abilities
  • Can make the Channel Magic action
  • Cannot be equipped with armour
• Henchman
  • Can increase a characteristic when earning renown. Each characteristic can be increased once.
  • Becomes a hero when earning their 4th point of Renown
• Beasts and Thralls
  • Never earns Renown
  • Cannot pick up or carry tokens
  • Cannot be given equipment, but uses natural weapons
