Step 5: Manage Warband

In this step, you may recruit new fighters to your warband, following the same restrictions as when you first built your warband. Your fighters can be bought new equipment from your faction entry, as well as from the Trading Post, and their old equipment can be swapped around freely or deposited to the warband stash.  Once you're done managing your warband, you must recalculate your warband's reputation.

Dismissing fighters

Fighters can be dismissed from your warband whenever you wish, and you can deposit their equipment to the warband stash when doing so. If you dismiss your Leader, you must elect a new Leader by following the steps for Death of a leader.

Selling equipment

Equipment can be sold for half its listed price, rounded down to the nearest multiple of 5gc, but never for less than 5gc (a 25gc item sells for 10gc while a 5gc item still sells for 5gc).

Recalculate Reputation

Before ending the aftermath sequence, you must recalculate your warband's Reputation. Start with your warband's current Favour score, and add 1 for each point of Renown from every fighter in the warband.
